A new method has been patented in India that improves the recycling of waste paper. Modern technologies that make it possible to successfully recycle various paper secondary raw materials are, unfortunately, imperfect. Therefore, specialists and scientists in this field are constantly searching for new methods that allow recycling any waste paper, not only OCC 12, but also other grades. As a result, a method has appeared in India that allows removing ink from paper. And this can now be done without harming the environment. The methods used today involve the use of chemicals that are very aggressive. Their use is harmful to the environment. In fact, this is a kind of “green” technology. And we are glad that Indian specialists have managed to find a more environmentally friendly method of cleaning paper from ink.
As you know, many countries in the world are striving for the so-called closed cycle. Such a cycle involves the return of used materials to new production. Waste paper is one of the key objects of recycling today. However, not all of its types can be effectively recycled. In particular, the same ink creates difficulties. To obtain high-quality raw materials, they need to be removed. But existing methods are environmentally harmful. Specialists from India have found an option that will allow, without harming the environment, to clean paper and start recycling it, obtaining higher-quality raw materials for further production of new products.
